Instead of a "8 Weeks to Shred" type of challenge (it's impossible to get shredded in 8 weeks anyway, unless you are already pretty darn lean and athletic to begin with) - I'd like to do a "8 Weeks Kickstart to a Better You" challenge. This will entail all the basics and fundamentals that will get you started on your journey to a better YOU.

A better YOU doesn't only mean the way you look on the outside, but how you feel on the INSIDE. Because when you feel good on the inside, it will show on the outside. From the inside out is what I tell all my clients. When you feel energized, strong, endurant, balanced and all-around healthy, it shows physically and it keeps you motivated to continue on your journey, because this is a lifestyle change, right? You can get to your goal, but if you don't learn those healthy habits along the way, it will be very difficult to maintain your goal. So you have to change your mindset to reflect this, otherwise if you go back to your old ways after you hit your goal, your body will go back to the way it once was. So think long-term and check your goals off everyday, and it will eventually become a habit and lifestyle.

This challenge will be free to everyone! To join, sign up below! You will receive e-mails for the 8 weeks of this challenge. We will develop habits around what I call the big 6 - Activity (Workouts), Nutrition, Water, Sleep, Stress-Levels and Recovery. Making all of these things a priority will reflect in how you feel and how you look. Again, this challenge is free and a great kickstart to your fitness journey, so invite your friends!
