The #1 problem my clients face in staying consistent is Meal Prep. Most of my clients work long hours, travel, or are busy stay-at-home Moms - nobody wants to spend time cooking after a loooong day at work or with the kids. Even on Sundays, most people have activities and it’s hard to spend 2-3 hours meal prepping. I can completely relate, which is why I’m going to start posting quick meal prep finds onto my blog every Friday that will make overcoming this obstacle easier.
